Now's the time to start, schools are back, summers over and the dark nights are setting in. Don't hibernate at home, let's meet and we'll get you started on your very own personalised plan. Just imagine your body transformation under all those layers of clothes! You'll be so proud of what you've achieved in such a short space of time.

Why start on CWP? -The plans have worked for millions of people across the world and the plans can help YOU too. CWP offers fast, effective and maintainable weight loss and the plans work regardless of the amount of weight you want to lose.

But you don't like shakes - No problem! There's a great variety of sweet and savoury meals on offer not just shakes. The meals are delicious and I stock the full product range.

Why use me? - My consultations are free and I can help you achieve your goal. I'll be your new best friend, contacting you between appointments and making sure you are motivated, happy and healthy on the plan. You can contact me at any time to ask a question or when you need some encouragement. I'll be weighing you and taking your measurements and advising you as you progress through the various stages. We'll be using photo evidence of your journey but rest assured, I won't be plastering these photos all over social media - unless of course, you want me too!
