One star is too high a rating. Our building is not a year old yet but needs taking down and rebuilding by a professional. Unfortunately stylecrown ltd (or gardenroom.expert as they're the same company) have blamed all the build quality issues on the base we provided, although we have invested in a full survey and had builders confirm this is not the case. The roof is already bowing due to rainfall and we have internal mould and damp, due to the fact there is no damp proof course or fall for rain water (or gutters or soak away). I do not recommend this company, I was very excited and invested a lot of money in this building and it's been a very upsetting and stressful year, thanks to Grant Shelton and his team.
